ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.116 of 2020 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode.

2. The matter was listed for admission on 20.03.2023 and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned by one week. Thereafter, the petitioner did not take any steps to bring the matter for admission. The case has been pending for past three years without even ordering notice to the respondent. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through pleader. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the case.
