The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2017 for surveying his land and fix boundaries in Survey Nos.847/2, 847/1B, 854/2, and 855/2 measuring an extent of 4.46 acres situated at Vadakkupattu Village, Sriperumbathur Taluk, Kanchipuram District in accordance with law.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2017, the 2nd respondent has not considered the same and passed any orders so far.
3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
