Since this writ petition is being disposed of without affecting interest of the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2018 for cancellation of patta in respect of the subject matter property. Since such request has to be considered and decided only by the third respondent, who is now impleaded, it is for the third respondent to consider such request and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner, second respondent and other interested parties, if any.
3. As it is stated that the petitioner has given such representation to the third respondent on 29.10.2018, this Court, at this stage, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the third respondent to consider such representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, second respondent and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
