Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of
the 3rd respondent in its impugned letter dated 05.04.2018 in Letter No. Reg. Layout/0016472/2017 and quash the "condition No. 6" contained in the enclosure specified at in-principle approval for the layout framework vide number PPD/ L.O(Regularisation - 2017) No. 54/ 2018 dated 05.04.2018 of the said letter and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 to approve the in-principle layout framework vide number PPD/L.O (Regularisation - 2017) No.54/2018 dated 05.04.2018 and regularise the petitioner's unapproved layout comprised in survey No.179, Ramapuram Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chengalpet District, admesuring about 2490 sq.ft. without insisting upon the 2nd respondent to obtain N.O.C from the 4th respondent.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter dated 05.04.2018 issued by the third respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
