O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 16.07.2021 in W.P.No.14747 of 2021 directed the 2nd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer therein to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 25.03.2021 and pass suitable orders thereof on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 8 within a period of twelve weeks. Alleging that the order has not been complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravikumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent Revenue Divisional Officer disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner by an order dated 08.04.2022 and also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
