O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 16.07.2021 in W.P.No.14744 of 2021 directed the 2nd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer therein to pass order on the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks. Alleging that the order has not been complied with within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravikumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the appeal has been disposed of by an order dated 13.04.2022 rejecting the appeal and also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
