Heard Mr. V.V.Sairam, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Ganesan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. S.Ravichandran, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging auction Notice in Na. Ka. No. 750/2023/A1 dated 09.02.2024 issued by the Second Respondent and to consequently direct the Second Respondent to confirm the tender in favour of the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by the Executive Officer, Kadathoor Town Panchayat by Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 750/2023/1 dated 29.02.2024 has awarded in favour of the Petitioner and its copy has been produced before the Court, which is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. 2/4
