The petitioner is the son of the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent is an uneducated woman aged about 80 years, has been misguided and using the same, a suit in O.S.No.85 of 2022 has been filed, arraying the respondents 2 to 4 herein as respondents therein under Order VII Rule 1 seeking for issuance of death certificate and obtained a decree on 12.01.2023.
