PRAYER:
Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from adopting any other mode than the mode specified in the governing Service Rules in the matter of filling up of vacancies that arises in the posts of Horticultural Officer and Assistant Director of Horticulture the modes of recruitment of which are by direct recruitment, irrespective of their nature of temporary or permanent in the Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops more particularly in vacancies that arises on retirement or promotion or any other reason of the surplus Agricultural Technical Staffs who were deployed in the Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops in terms of the G.O.(M.s) No.537, Agriculture (AA8) Department, dated 24.12.2007.
