O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 3/3/2019, 3/6/2019 and 22/7/2019.

2.In view of the consent expressed by the Learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent is looting the Page No:2/4

wakf properties. Hence representations were submitted to the first and second respondents on 3/3/2019, 3/6/2019 and 22/7/2019. Since, there was no response, petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 3/3/2019, 3/6/2019 and 22/7/2019. and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has no objection for said order being passed and he fairly conceded that the petitioner's representations dated 3/3/2019, 3/6/2019 and 22/7/2019 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 3/3/2019, 3/6/2019 and 22/7/2019 on Page No:3/4
