ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, challenging the patta No.6606, issued in favour of the fifth respondent.

2.According to the petitioner, illegally, the fifth respondent has obtained the aforesaid patta in his name.

3.The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the same and had given a representation to the official respondents on 21.12.2025. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 5 to 11, notice to respondents 5 to 11 is dispensed with by this Court.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 5 to 11 and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

7.Since the earlier representation was given by the petitioner only to the first respondent, who is not the competent authority to adjudicate the petitioner's representation, the petitioner will have to give a fresh representation to the third respondent, who is the competent authority. 8.Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent.

9.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent seeking for cancellation of patta No.6606, standing in the name of the fifth respondent for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
