Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the license stands in the name of the Fourth Respondent for running the TASMAC Bar in TASMAC Shop No.8750 situated at Survey No.16/2A, Door No.76-1D, Nolambur Road, Maduravoyal, Chennai - 600 095 by considering his representation dated 20.05.2016.

(through video conference) Heard Mr. K.Sathish Kumar, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First to Third Respondents, Mr.

A.E.Ravichandran, Learned Counsel appearing for the Fifth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 11.41 a.m. and 3.26 p.m.

The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking for a direction to the First to Third Respondents to cancel the license standing in the name of the Fourth Respondent for running the TASMAC Bar in TASMAC Shop No.8750 situated at Survey No.16/2A, Door No.76-1D, Nolambur Road, Maduravoyal, Chennai - 600 095 by considering his representation dated 20.05.2016.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that the said TASMAC Shop has been shifted from Thiruvallur East to another location at No. 478, Saiyuman Chetty Street, Ponneri and Taluk, Thiruvallur West on 25.02.2020 and he has also filed a memo dated 28.10.2020 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record.

In view of the subsequent events, the relief sought by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition does not remains for consideration.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
