promotion to the post of Supervisor Grade-II for the year 2019-2020 in between Serial Nos. 53 and 54 and Seniority Nos. 49 and 49A and in not promoting the Petitioner as Supervisor Grade-II as per the said Seniority and not giving her promotion and posting as Supervisor Grade-II in Kotagiri Panchayat Union in the place of Fifth Respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and discriminative and consequently direct the First Respondent to include the Petitioner name in the panel for promotion to the post of Supervisor Grade-II for the year 20192020 in between Serial Nos. 53 and 54 and Seniority Nos. 49 and 49A, to give her promotion and posting as Supervisor Grade-II in Kotagiri Panchayat Union in the place of Fifth Respondent, with due seniority and all other consequential benefits, by getting the suitability report and the genuineness report regarding her marksheet and qualification from the Second to Fourth Respondents, within specified time as may be fixed by this Court.
