O R D E R
The petitioner seeks for a mandamus for directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 12.11.2018, as per the circular of the Inspector General of Registration in Letter No.41530/U1/2017, dated 08.11.2017.
2.Being aggrieved against the registration of sale deed dated 30.03.2007 registered as Doc. No. 3345 of 2007 on the file of the second respondent, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 12.11.2018.
3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the first respondent has not disposed the appeal till this date.

4.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide after hearing all the parties concerned.
5.Accordingly, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
