(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24 July, 2015 made in W.P.No.22350 of 2015, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 24 July, 2015 made in W.P.No.22350 of 2015, though belatedly, has been complied with.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the community certificate issued to the petitioner. 5.In view of the above, the Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
