JUDGMENT

When the second appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the first respondent died on 02.02.2019 and the second respondent died on 21.08.2023. The learned counsel has also filed a memo dated 18.03.2024 before this Court.

2. Recording the death of the respondents 1 and 2, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
