ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus
directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct the survey in the subject property based on the application submitted by the petitioner. 2.
Heard Mr.T.Elumalai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Vinoth Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for 4 th respondent.

The petitioner is claiming right over the subject property by virtue of a Sale deed dated 02.02.2024. The patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.525. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted in the subject property for demarcation of boundaries and hence, an application was submitted by paying the necessary charges. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner
seeking for survey and the survey shall be conducted by the respondents 2 and 3 in the presence of the petitioner and also in the presence of the respondents 5 to 7 based on the title document and the patta issued in the name of the petitioner. If any law and order problem is created, the 4 th respondent shall provide police protection. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
