Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the charge memo made in Rc.No.A/Charge Memo/202122/2022-A1 dated 02.03.2022 and the additional charge memo made in Rc.No.A/Addl./Charge Memo/2022 dated 11.03.2022 issued by the second respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the charge memo dated 02.03.2022 in Rc.No.A/Charge Memo/2021-22/2022-A1 and the additional charge memo dated 11.03.2022 in Rc.No.A/Addl./Charge Memo/2022, on the ground that the petitioner was not served with the documents and annexure of the charge sheet.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that before conducting disciplinary enquiry, the petitioner would be served with all the documents, which were annexed in the charge sheet.

3. Therefore, the respondents are directed to serve all the documents to the petitioner as per the annexures of the charge sheet dated 02.03.2022 and 11.03.2022 before commencing the disciplinary enquiry.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No

costs.
