This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Ambattur to expedite the I.A.No. 1 of 2025 in A.S 181/2023 on the file of Sub court, Ambattur within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The interlocutary application in I.A.No.1 of 2025 which was filed to 1/3

impound the Ex.A4 until the disposal of C.C.No.116 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Poonamallee-II is pending since January 2025 and the Court below has not been taking up the said I.A for arguments but has been posting it along with A.S.No.181 of 2023. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition seeking an early disposal of the I.A.No.1 of 2025.

Since the said application has been kept pending on a submission by the respondents that they have moved this Court and obtained a stay and the same has not been produced, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur to dispose of the I.A.No.1 of 2025 on or before 30.06.2025.
