Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue the application form for payment of examination fees for the examinations to be held on August 2011 for the subjects which were not cleared by the petitioner in the examination held in February 2011 and accept the fees for the same and allow the petitioners to sit for the examinations to be held on August 2011.
