Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner based on the representation dated 22.02.2022 given by the petitioner to carry out the construction work of the petitioner house in her own land of an extent of 1200 Sq.ft in Survey No.279/5 and 274/5 comprised in Plot No.9 of Appavu first street, Gajalakshmi Nagar, Vandavasi Town, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai and against the illegal activities of the Respondents 4 & 5. For Petitioner : Mr.V.R.Appaswamee

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner based on the representation dated 22.02.2022 given by the petitioner to carry out the construction work of the petitioner's house in her own land to an extent of 1200 Sq.ft in Survey No.279/5 and 274/5 comprised in Plot No.9 of Appavu first street, Gajalakshmi Nagar, Vandavasi Town, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai and against the illegal activities of the Respondents 4 & 5.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the there are civil litigations pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5. Thereafter, the respondents 1 to 3 comes to understand that the petitioner has got orders in favour of him. He would further submit that based on the representation dated 22.02.2022, due enquiry will be conducted and appropriate action will be taken and if necessary, police protection will be provided to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
