This application has been filed to issue summons to Ms.M.Shyamala, Sub-Registrar (Retd) Palakkad, residing at Reshmi Manoor House, Durgagoshtam Chittur, Chittur (PO), Palakkad District, Kerala - 678 101, to testify before this Court regarding the registration of the Will dated 18.01.2017, registered as Document No.28 of Book No.III of 2017 on the file of the SubRegistrar Office, Palakkad, on 19.01.2017.
