ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable him to obtain requisite information, which he claims to have applied through RTI Act, as to who are more eligible candidates, who had been ignored and who are ineligible candidates who had benefited from the scheme. Such an endorsement has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. On obtaining the said information, proper representation should be made by the petitioner to the concerned authorities and if there is still delay over reasonable period of time in giving response to the representation, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
