Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the respondents pertaining to the impugned charge memo in Na.Ka.3815/2013 A2 (Development) dated 26.08.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner. ORDER

Mr.Vijendran, learned counsel, who had earlier appeared for the petitioner, had filed a memo dated 17.11.2017, stating that he is withdrawing his appearance for the petitioner. The memo is hereby recorded.

2. The challenge in the present writ petition is to a charge memo dated 26.08.2013. Pending the writ petition, the respondents have proceeded with the enquiry, pursuant to the impugned charge memo and by an order dated 24.10.2014, he had been imposed with a punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of 6 months without cumulative effect. effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition, challenging the charge memo. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
