This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings No.478/12/E dated 22.08.2012 passed by the 1st respondent and prayed for consequential directions to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the impugned proceedings passed by the 1st respondent, this petitioner was placed under suspension. At the time of date of filing this present writ petition, this petitioner aged about 52 years. Now, the petitioner has already attained his age of superannuation. In view of the same, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
