C.M.P.No.5728 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 1076 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant K.Govindaraj in the above appeal. C.M.P.No.5731 of 2020 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant K.Govindaraj in the above Appeal. C.M.P.No.5732 of 2020 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant K.Govindaraj and rank them as the appellants 2 to 6 in the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, and being satisfied with the same, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the appeal papers.
