ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Bharathkumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Madhan, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that there is no officer by name Nagarajan in Mathigiri Police Station. However, the enquiry in this case was conducted by Mr.M.Saravanan, Sub Inspector of Police, Mathigiri Police Station.

3. Today, Mr.M.Saravanan, Sub Inspector of Police is also present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Order dated 27.06.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.12859 has been complied, in as much as, on the complaint by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.29 of 2016 and the same was closed on 20.12.2017. The police were not able to serve a copy of the closure report on the complaint. However, a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In such view of the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
