When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the case was originally registered in Crime Number 80 of 2023.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with correct Crime Number.
