2. The suit is filed for recovery of money.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the plaintiff/applicant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the transaction and the payments have been made within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of leave.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
