Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent relating to the order dated 30.04.2012 in complaint No.F201112006004917 against the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to furnish the statement of accounts to the petitioner from the year 2013 onwards in respect of the current accounts maintained with the second respondent in Current Account Nos.422155592 and 422155717 and the copies of the alleged documents/instruments by which, the mandate of the petitioner was withdrawn in respect of the Current Account No.422155717.
