ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider and pass Order on the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2023 and 16.02.2023, within a stipulated time as fixed by this court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent is giving importance to some persons and there is discrimination in the temple. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the functions are being conducted by HR & CE Department and there is no such importance given to any their parties and there is no discrimination shown to parties. 2/4

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
