The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed in R.C.A.No.668 of 2011, by the VII Small Causes Court, Chennai, reversing the decreetal order dated 15.09.2011 passed by the XII Small Causes Court, Chennai in RCOP No.2163 of 2009. 1/3

2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
