ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Selvathirumurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the encroachment has been removed. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the same.

3. In view of the statement that the encroachment has been

removed, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
