This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2665 of 2024 in Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2022 dated 19.12.2024 on the file of Special Court under Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2022, at Poonamallee, Chennai - 56.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the counsel for the petitioner that in the connected cases, the delay for the co-accused have been condoned by this Court. This petition is ordered accordingly. The delay of 12 days in filing the above appeal stands condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
