The matter is listed today upon being mentioned by learned counsel for the plaintiff.

2. By judgment dated 22.04.2022, the suit was disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 21.04.2022. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that there is a clerical or typographical error in the 7th line of the second paragraph of the judgment. In specific, he states that the word 'registered' in the 7th line should be deleted.

3. Learned counsel for the defendant concurs with the said submissions.

4. Upon considering the said submissions and on examining the pleadings, the submissions of the learned counsel are liable to be accepted. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to re-issue the judgment and decree after deleting the word 'registered', which appears in the 7th line of paragraph-2 of the judgment.
