Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent herein to name transfer pertaining to the above lands from the names of petitioner's father Late. Athappa Gounder and petitioner's grandfather Late.Appavu Gounder into petitioner's name in the revenue records and issue Patta copy for the lands situate in Devagoundanur Village, Sunnambu Kuttai, Sankagiri Taluk, Salem District (1) having an extent of 50 cents comprised in Survey No.400/3 in (2) land having an extent of 50 cents comprised in Survey No.414/3 (3) land having an extent of 30 cents comprised in Survey No.393/1 (4) water share in Survey No.394/5 (5) land having an extent of 1.00 acre comprised in survey No.381/2 (6) land having an extent of 25 cents comprised in Survey No.393/1 (7) land having an extent of 1.81 acres in Survey No.360, as requested by petitioner in her representation dated 01.12.2021. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent herein for name transfer from the names of petitioner's father Late. Athappa Gounder and petitioner's grandfather Late.Appavu Gounder into petitioner's name in the revenue records and issue Patta copy for the lands situate in Devagoundanur Village, Sunnambu Kuttai, Sankagiri Taluk, Salem District (1) having an extent of 50 cents comprised in Survey No.400/3 in (2) 2/6
land having an extent of 50 cents comprised in Survey No.414/3 (3) land having an extent of 30 cents comprised in Survey No.393/1 (4) water share in Survey No.394/5 (5) land having an extent of 1.00 acre comprised in survey No.381/2 (6) land having an extent of 25 cents comprised in Survey No.393/1
(7) land having an extent of 1.81 acres in Survey No.360, as requested by the petitioner in her representation dated 01.12.2021.
2. The petitioner appeared in person and submitted that this petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to issue Patta in her name by considering her representation dated 01.12.2021 for the said properties. She further submitted that the grandson of her paternal uncle is in the possession of the said properties.
3. Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

5. It is seen that the dispute is civil in nature. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy before the Civil Court in the manner known to law.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
