Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram District to register his complaint dated 28th March 2016 against the offenders mentioned above, investigate the same and to file charge sheet before the jurisdictional court. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to direct the second respondent through the first respondent to register his complaint dated 28.03.2016, investigate the same and file charge sheet before the jurisdictional court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the complaint dated 28.03.2016 has been directly sent to the respondents by post.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 28.03.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
