This petition is filed to implead the respondents/proposed respondents 3 to 14 as 3rd to 14th respondents in Crl.O.P.No.21023 of 2022 pending on the file of this Court.

2.This Court on 02.09.2022 directed the petitioner to implead the legal heirs of defacto-complainant and brother of the defacto-complainant. Thus, this petition is filed for impleading the proposed respondents 3 to 14. 3.In the light of the facts and circumstances of the case, the reasons stated in the affidavit and having satisfied with the reasons, this petition is allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to implead the proposed respondents 3 to 14 as respondents 3 to 14 in Crl.O.P.No.21023 of 2022 and issue notice for their appearance.
