ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner,who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 430,379 of IPC and under Section 21(1) of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act,1957 in Crime No.185 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner, being the owner of the lorry, has been involved in transport of 3 units of mountain sand (Savudu), is before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence involving illegal exploitation of the natural resources using heavy vehicle, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail.
