This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.14 of 2016, charge sheet was filed before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ariyalur and the same is taken on file as S.C.No.48 of 2017.
