O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala, J.,) When the case is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents / State submitted that, so far as the detenue, Ayyappan, Son of Samikannu, aged about 45 years, is concerned, a case in Crime No.144 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 IPC has been registered and after investigation, the case has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Thirupatthur, Vellore District, in C.C.No.15 of 2018 and the case is posted on 17.07.2018.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that so far as the detenue, Kumar, Son of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Ramakrishnan, aged 30 years, is concerned, a case in Crime No.197 of 2017 has been registered under Section 294(b) and 7
(1) (a) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, and after investigation, the case has been taken up on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Thirupatthur, Vellore District, in C.C.No.59 of 2017 and the case is posted on 03.07.2018.
3. The question of illegal detention does not arise, when the detenues have been proceeded with legally. In view of the submission made above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
