O R D E R

The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid mode". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondents have deposited the award amount to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.691 of 2017 and the petitioners have withdrawn 50% of the award amount and undertakes to pay the Court fee. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
