When the Civil Suit is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit, since the matter has been settled out of Court and also filed a memo to that effect.

2. In view of the aforesaid memo and the submission made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
