Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14273 of 2020 order dated 14.09.2020 to appear before the respondent police 10.30 a.m. until further order.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.PADMANABHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing them to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that as of now the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition and if the condition is relaxed, the petitioner may abscond. Hence, he opposed for relaxing the condition.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14273 of 2020, dated 14.09.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
