The petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents, namely, 1.Mr.K.Mahalingam, 2.Mr.Chinnadurai, 3.Mr.R.Jayaraj, 4.Mr.Sivaram and 5.Mr.Ramesh as respondents 5 to 9 in the above Writ Petition.

2. The petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment.
