representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.09.2013, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue an order of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the scale of pay of the petitioner by allowing revised selection Grade Scale of Pay as per letter No.19846/C1/87-5 Public Works Department dated 17.10.1988 issued by the 1st respondent and as per the proceedings in Government Letter (MS) No.87 dated 15.03.2010 issued by the 1st respondent, with a consequential direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary including revision of pensionary benefits with arrears by considering representation submitted by him on 26.09.2013, within a stipulated time.
2. Mr. G.Sankaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 07.04.2015 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the letter dated 07.04.2015 of the learned counsel and his endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
