This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 126 days in filing the petition to accept the deficit court fee of Rs.480/- in the civil revision petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to condone the above said delay.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
