O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2.Learned Government Advocate states that the order has not been complied with, since the petitioner in the present case has not submitted the particulars asked for, i.e., PAN Number, Bank Account Number, present residential https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ address, Pension Payment Order, etc.
3.The petitioner is, thus, directed to submit the aforesaid particulars within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Learned Government Advocate states that on the particulars being submitted, the amount will be remitted within four weeks thereafter. 4.The aforesaid statement is taken on record. The copy of the proceedings be communicated to the petitioner. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the said proceedings, it is open for him to challenge the same in separate proceedings. The Contempt Petition, accordingly, stands closed.
