Arasur Panchayat Union, Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the summons dated 07.08.2013 issued by the third respondent based on the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent before the Anti-Land Grabbing Special Cell.

2. Heard Mr.V.Ramana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 has brought to the notice of this court that subsequent to the impugned summons, enquiry was conducted and by final order dated 14.09.2013, the third respondent has closed the complaint given by the fifth respondent against the petitioners. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter as impugned summons has now been closed.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
