Mr.B.Anandan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1, 3 to 5. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 4 & 5 to consider the representation dated 23.02.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for transfer of Patta in his favour in respect of the subject matter shed, based on the proposal dated 10.11.2017.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said request has not been considered by the respondents so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the fourth respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2018 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants and the other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
